Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Full-time weekend RN position. This role requires flexible scheduling with Saturday and Sunday work. Key duties include:

• Administering skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services
• Teaching the patient, family, and other members of the healthcare team
• Performing services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC)

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education
• Licensed in the state where they currently practice
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device

• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred

• Valid state driver license
• Automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Dependable transportation in good working condition
• Ability to safely drive an automobile in all weather conditions
• CPR certification for the healthcare provider
