Family Allergy & Asthma in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Clinic Nurse (LPN/RN) to provide direct patient care, assist physicians with allergy testing, and manage room preparation and documentation in the EMR.
Requirements include LPN diploma or RN associate degree, active KY license, CPR, driver’s license, and 1–2 years of nursing experience. Work hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with travel to other clinics as needed.
