Metro Health is recruiting for a Critical Care Step Down RN on 7 West. The unit features a 24-bed CCSD with monitoring, patient lifts, hands-free communication, and telemetry to support care for cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
Join a rotating shift schedule (7a-7p/7p-7a) with rotating weekends/holidays and a bi-weekly 72-hour full-time commitment. Sign-on bonuses are available for experienced and new graduate RNs.
