Snow Removal Crew

Exscape Group of Cleveland, a leading landscape company in Northeast Ohio, is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Snow Removal Crew for the winter season. As a Sidewalk Crew Member, you will play a vital role in keeping local communities safe by clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, and entrances. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training is provided.

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, and building entrances using shovels and snow blowers
• Apply salt or ice melt as directed to ensure safe walking surfaces
• Work efficiently and safely as part of a team during snow events
• Be available and reliable for on-call shifts during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must be dependable and able to work in cold, outdoor conditions for extended periods
• No prior experience required—training provided
• Ability to work flexible, on-call hours during snow events (December through February)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ideal for individuals with experience in landscaping, roofing, construction, or other outdoor labor, but open to all applicants
