LHH is seeking a Warranty Specialist for a client in Summit County, Ohio!
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for quality, and experience managing warranty processes within a manufacturing environment.
Position OverviewThe Warranty Specialist will lead warranty claim investigations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and serve as a key liaison between Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service. This role ensures product issues are accurately documented, analyzed, and resolved while driving improvements that reduce repeat failures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of warranty claims-from initial receipt to closure
- Conduct detailed root-cause analyses and failure investigations
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve issues
- Track trends, identify recurring problems, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and deliver warranty performance reports and dashboards
- Communicate findings with internal teams and external customers
- Support quality audits and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain detailed documentation of all warranty-related activities
- Participate in product evaluations and testing to validate corrective actions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related field (required)
- 2-5 years of experience in warranty, QA, or product support within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of root-cause analysis tools (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.)
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
- Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
