1. Take the lead in researching and developing new pipe materials and modified formulations. From experimental formulas to pilot-scale production, fully implement the process to solve production and molding problems.
2. Be responsible for the debugging of extrusion and reaction equipment, conduct performance tests such as material mechanics, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance, and optimize product plans based on the data.
3. Manage the R&D team, assign project tasks, control the R&D progress, and lead the team to complete the research on new materials.
4. Explore technological innovation points, write patent applications, and participate in the formulation of industry standards.
5. Connect with production and the market, solve problems related to mass-produced materials, and track the latest high-tech developments in polymers at home and abroad.
6. Layout the research and development of high-performance new materials for industrial pipelines and photovoltaic components.
