E-Commerce Coordinator

Vulpine is a refined, highly curated apparel, beauty, and lifestyle boutique built around personal service, elevated style, and a distinctly warm, welcoming point of view. We offer a mix of seasonless wardrobe essentials, curated emerging designers, luxury beauty brands including our in-house line, Woosh Beauty, and considered lifestyle goods. The E Commerce Coordinator manages and optimizes Vulpine’s online retail presence. This role ensures seamless product merchandising, accurate inventory alignment, timely order fulfillment, and an elevated digital customer experience that reflects our in-store brand standards.

• Manage product uploads including descriptions, pricing, photography, and categorization
• Create product pages within Shopify
• Maintain inventory accuracy between store and e-commerce platforms
• Process online orders and coordinate timely fulfillment
• Monitor site functionality and user experience, recommending improvements
• Support digital launches, promotions, and merchandising updates
• Respond to customer service inquiries related to online orders
• Track performance metrics and provide reporting insights
• Assist with returns and exchanges related to online purchases

• 2+ years experience in e-commerce or retail operations
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with inventory and reporting systems
• Strong written communication skills
