This role is responsible for communicating and explaining membership programs and benefits to current and prospective members, providing customer and member service, maintaining the gas station and car wash area, stocking merchandise, operating equipment, and upholding a safe and welcoming shopping environment. The position also supports team culture, integrity, and customer‑first values.

• Communicate and explain membership types, programs, and benefits to members and prospects.
• Promote membership renewals, credit‑card programs, and application processes.
• Provide customer/member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Maintain, clean, and organize the gas station and car wash area, ensuring accurate pricing signage.
• Handle claims, returns, zoning, and safety inspections to prevent shrink and damage.
• Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers, organizing and maintaining the facility per company procedures.
• Operate cash registers and related equipment to process customer purchases, using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold.
• Operate and maintain gas station/car wash equipment, providing product and service to customers in accordance with company policies.
• Promote products and services while ensuring a safe shopping environment.
