• Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and using best practices for various bag types.
• Assist customers with loading bags into their cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning, inform customers of grocery specials, and return merchandise to shelves.
• Gather and return shopping carts and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handle seasonal merchandise, understand store layout, and conduct price checks.
• Follow safety procedures, adhere to food safety regulations, and report unsafe conditions.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and support diverse customer needs.
• Follow all laws, guidelines, and store policies.
• Work effectively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with integrity.

• Customer service skills and effective communication.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
