Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales. The primary responsibility is to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Fluent U.S. accent.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Workspace.

- Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM US Eastern Time with 1 hour break.
