Pay: $17/hr base, bonus up to $4/hr, total up to $21/hr schedule: 16-20 hours per week (Friday to Sunday availability required). Dates: 7/27/26 - 11/01/26.

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Starlink residential and mobile internet products, serving as the subject matter expert for customers seeking information on Starlink’s services and ensuring they have an interactive and informative shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology‑first mindset are key as you explain the benefits of Starlink satellite internet.

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services, showcasing the latest offerings.
• Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending services.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies professionally, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a productive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, submit daily reports, and use a mobile device for electronic record keeping.
• Maintain a consistent weekend schedule (primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts).
• Adapt to local retail store environments, respect established hierarchies, and adhere to all operational policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Owns a smartphone with current iOS or Android software.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
