Residential Sales Representative

Whether you have previous sales experience or are eager to learn, we provide the training and support you need to succeed. If you’re motivated, enjoy talking with people, and want the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, we’d love to meet you.

• $12/hour base pay
• Uncapped commission
• Paid training
• Weekly pay
• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule (approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

• Make outbound calls to residential customers
• Present competitive energy solutions
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Recommend products and services that fit each customer’s situation
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and company systems

• Sales, customer service, call center, or cold-calling experience is a plus—but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional phone presence
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
