We are seeking a motivated Sr. Sales / Accounts Executive to grow and manage commercial janitorial service accounts across Louisville and surrounding/border-state markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business and build relationships with commercial clients.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and site walkthroughs.
- Identify new opportunities within the assigned territory and drive the sales process from prospecting through closing.
- Attend networking events and industry/community functions to build the company’s presence.
- Company-provided vehicle for business travel.
- Travel expenses covered by the company.
- Major sporting event tickets and other client-entertainment opportunities.
- Hybrid work environment with flexibility.
- Opportunity to build and manage a significant local territory with strong earning potential.
Ideal Candidate:
Sales/account management professional with experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, facilities services, B2B services, or a similar industry, along with strong relationship-building and business development skills.
