River Mill Data ManagementRiver Mill Data Management is a full-service commercial records center based in Columbus, Georgia, specializing in secure information management and disposal for businesses and residents in West, Central, and South Georgia, as well as East Alabama.
We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on company vehicles and warehouse equipment, performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance, and maintaining records of all work performed.

- Valid CDL required (clean driving record preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of maintenance, mechanic, or industrial equipment repair experience required
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Experience with fleet maintenance, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance recordkeeping
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in an industrial environment
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on trucks, equipment, and machinery.
- Inspect, install, and repair motors, belts, sensors, conveyors, and baling systems.
- Coordinate repairs with outside vendors and repair shops.
- Maintain maintenance records and inventory of parts and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Train and support team members on safe equipment operation.
- Test equipment after repairs and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Periodic travel to service our trucks in Savannah, GA
- 7-year Federal, State, and County-level background check and DOT drug screen are required for this position.
