Down to Earth Waterfront (D2E) is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for waterfront construction projects in Canton, OH area. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and pay based on experience and performance.
Typical duties include operating excavators, skid steers, telehandlers, and mini track loaders to build docks, seawalls, bulkheads, and associated hardscapes. You will load and stage materials, inspect equipment daily, and work with your crew to stay on schedule.
