Premier 1 Pool & Spa Supply is seeking a reliable, experienced Pool Service & Repair Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, and has hands‑on experience with pool and spa equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine pool maintenance and cleaning
• Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment
• Install and replace pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and salt systems
• Open and close swimming pools
• Troubleshoot plumbing and electrical issues related to pool systems
• Maintain accurate service records
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Experience in pool service, pool repair, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of pool equipment and water chemistry
• Ability to diagnose and solve equipment issues independently
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• CPO Certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation:

$20–$35+ per hour
