Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Commercial Painter to fill a 1st shift opening for a sign installation company in Clermont County, OH.

• Prepare sheet metal and other surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, priming, and masking
• Apply coatings and finishes using roll brush painting techniques for signs and advertising materials
• Assist with graphic installation as needed
• Operate lifts and work safely at heights to complete projects
• Ensure paint finishes meet quality standards and client specifications
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and job sites
• Coordinate materials, tools, and daily work tasks efficiently
• Perform final inspections and communicate project updates as needed
• Travel to job sites, with occasional overnight stays as required

• Previous commercial painting experience required (outdoor or industrial painting preferred)
• Prior crew lead, foreman, or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work at heights and safely operate lifts
• Strong knowledge of painting prep, coatings, and application techniques
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform repetitive physical work
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm/6:00pm Occasional overnight travel and project-based schedule adjustments may be required
