ANA is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to join our Spartanburg, SC team onsite. You will handle inbound calls and emails, troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical generators, and air compressors, and support warranty and parts processes.
This full-time role requires mechanical training or trade certification, knowledge of generator controllers, and strong problem-solving. Expect local travel up to 5%, weekday 8am–5pm, with opportunities to train customers and improve service processes.
