Success Coach

Job Description

We are seeking full-time and/or part-time Success Coach's to join our team all shifts . You will provide everyday life skills to young girls in a Trauma-Informed environment.

Responsibilities:

• Teach and assist the children with everyday tasks such as conflict resolution, self-regulation skills, cleaning, cooking, homework, money management skills, etc.
• Must learn and understand the physical, mental, behavioral, cognitive and emotional impacts of trauma and how trauma is manifested in the children. Training is provided.
• Must learn and understand appropriate interventions and de-escalation strategies in helping children who have experienced trauma. Training is provided.
• Collaborate with other members of the team. Training in the above is provided.

Qualifications:

• High-school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in social services preferred. Minimum 1 year experience working with children who have experienced trauma is preferred.
• Energetic, caring, team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and families
• Required to pass a background check, drug screen, have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, insurance, and have no more than 6 points on license.
