Packers / Stackers – 1st Shift Elizabethtown, PA | $17.50/hour Full-Time | Overtime Required as Needed Allegiance Staffing is hiring Packers and Stackers for a food manufacturing facility in Elizabethtown, PA. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Pack and stack finished products according to production requirements
• Prepare products for storage and shipment
• Lift, move, and stack materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Inspect products and packaging for quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Must be bilingual or Spanish-speaking
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Food distribution or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Willingness and ability to work required overtime, including shifts of up to 10 hours
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule & Pay 1st Shift $17.50/hour Monday-Friday with overtime required as production needs demand.
