Security Officer Patrol Weekends Overnights

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or public agencies as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with badge or sign-in processes when applicable, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts;
Support day-to-day operations by completing incident reports, maintaining post records, and sharing relevant updates during shift changes and/or with Allied Universal leadership
