Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout academic buildings, residence areas, parking lots, walkways, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor guidance, after-hours entry procedures, and/or policy-related inquiries;
Support campus events, daily operations, and special activities by observing surroundings, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and following post orders and emergency protocols
