** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of campus buildings, residence areas, parking locations, walkways, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate campus personnel and public services as needed.

+ Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues according to site procedures.

+ Prepare clear and timely reports documenting patrol activities, incidents, and interactions with campus community members.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
