Allegiance Staffing is seeking experienced forklift operators to join a fast-paced food distribution and cold storage warehouse in Elizabethtown, PA. If you have high-reach forklift experience and enjoy working in an active warehouse environment, this is a great opportunity with steady hours, weekly pay, and long-term potential.

• Operate stand-up high reach and sit-down forklifts
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Move, stage, and store pallets in freezer, dock, and production areas
• Perform product put-away and support order picking operations
• Maintain accuracy while handling materials in a fast-paced warehouse
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas organized
• Conduct tasks within temperatures ranging from sub-zero to 40°F

• 2 or more years recent high-reach forklift experience (required)
• Experience loading and unloading trailers
• Warehouse and order picking experience
• Cold storage/freezer warehouse experience preferred
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability for occasional overtime or weekend work when needed
