Position OverviewWe are seeking a Financial Services Representative to act as the front‑line representative for World Finance, delivering excellent customer service while supporting Branch Managers in daily operations and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities- Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices.
- Provide top‑tier customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and product inquiries.
- Process and prepare loan applications and documents, including execution of loan closings on renewal loans.
- Take and process payments, balance the assigned cash drawer daily, and prepare the daily branch bank deposit.
- Transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank as instructed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
- Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
- Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the application date.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for transporting bank deposits and other responsibilities.
- Self‑confidence, strong organizational skills, compassion, and a willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions.
- Team‑player attitude; willing to pitch in and accept help from colleagues.
- Experience with customer service in a financial or related environment is preferred.
- Hourly pay: $15 – $17.

- Occasionally lifts up to 5 lbs.; may exert up to 30 lbs. of force (e.g., opening file drawers).
- Regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
- Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration.
- Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
- Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
- Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
