RN Clinical Supervisor

The RN Clinical Supervisor will manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients in a safe, cost‑effective manner. This role includes overseeing the care team, providing education and training related to clinical practice, mandatory regulations, and reimbursement changes, orienting new employees, and ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality care.

• Serve as a key member of the care team to ensure quality care for patients.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred) and current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2‑3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in a clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred).
• Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate for supervisory responsibilities.
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift 80–100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult.
