We are seeking an experienced RN leader to oversee our Medical-Surgical department.
Responsibilities- Lead and support the nursing team and daily department operations.
- Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and employee development.
- Oversee Swing Bed and rehabilitation patient care and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapy, case management, and ancillary departments.
- Monitor quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction.
- Manage departmental resources and support performance improvement initiatives.

- Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
- Medical-Surgical experience preferred.
- Swing Bed, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred.
