** Domino Assistant Manager
** Domino shifts are packed with activity. Employees must not only perform the following tasks (and more) to Domino’s high standards of excellence, but must also create the culture of fast, friendly, and convenient experience customers enjoy. Every Assistant Manager is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of his or her shift, within Company policies.
** THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
*** Perform specific tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
* Adhere to all city, county, state and federal laws and regulations and Company policies.
* Give all customers prompt and courteous service.
* Supervise and assign duties to subordinates.
* Assistant managers in filling shifts and managerial duties.
* Be available to work any and all scheduled hours as well as unscheduled shifts as necessary.
* Overlap schedules with Manager/ Co-Assistant Manager by at least 2 hours.
* Work some evening shifts, and rotate weekend shifts with Store Manager.
* Immediately advise the Store Manager of any personnel, bookkeeping, maintenance, or safety issues or discrepancies.
* Properly clean and maintain equipment, floors, windows, and bathrooms.
* Post signs on out-of-order equipment and hazardous condition such as wet floors.
* Meet all essential physical and skill requirements to perform the job.
* Be able to work as a "team" member, to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction.## Qualifications
** Essential Functions of Assistant Manager
** 1.The ability to speak, read, write and understand the English language at a 12th grade level. 2.The ability to perform mathematical calculations at the 12th grade level, in order to make change,complete shift reports and vendor check in. 3.Have sufficient ability to check identification on alcohol or tobacco purchases
4.Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system. 5.The ability to lift 50 pounds (carrying cases of milk, soft drinks, beer, etc.) 6.The ability to stock shelves and coolers. 7.The ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products. 8.The ability to clean equipment both indoors and outdoors, including bathrooms. 9.The ability to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and lift and carry out trash containers to be placedin outside bins.
10.The ability to enter and work in a cooler at a temperature of 32 degrees for up to 30 minutes at a time.
