Role Description

The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in western, OK. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of oilfield production customers, focusing on the sale and support of oil and water treatment related process chemical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer operations and needs, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating product delivery and service follow-up.

The Account Manager will regularly visit customer sites/offices, collaborate with technical and operations teams and track account performance, renewals, and expansion opportunities. This role also involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring market trends, and supporting revenue and margin targets through proactive account planning.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in account management, client relationship building, and customer service, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Experience in chemical-related sales, application and recommendations

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • Solid organizational and planning abilities, basic data analysis, and reporting to track sales activities and results.
  • Comfort with on-site customer visits, field work, and close collaboration with technical and operations teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in production sales or service

  • Ability to work on-site in western, OK, surrounding areas and to customer locations as needed.
