Experienced Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and manage the financial operations of a growing, high-performing company.

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
• Process and track invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Monitor payment deadlines and ensure timely collections
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with tax preparation
• Support payroll processing and vendor payments
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records across multiple projects

• Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience- documented
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in construction or real estate industry is a strong plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
