Job Description:
10+ years in Manufacturing IT, specializing in MES, IIoT, and ERP solutions.
Expertise in MES architecture, Master Data Management, MBOM, Routing, Work Instructions, Equipment, and Materials.
Strong experience in Discrete Manufacturing, digitization projects, and integration with SCADA, MES, and ERP systems.
Proficient in Plant Connectivity solutions like OPC-UA, SCADA, Kepware, and Ignition (Ignition-trained or Gold-certified preferred).
Experience acting as a Solution Architect, gathering client requirements for MES, ERP, and SCADA.
Proven track record of global delivery, with experience managing both onsite and offshore teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling escalations and reporting to management.
Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to lead workshops and design solutions for complex problems.
Responsibilities:
Lead and design MES, IIoT, and ERP solutions for manufacturing clients.
Drive revenue growth through direct consulting and support pre-sales activities.
Collaborate with teams in a multi-stakeholder environment to deliver on technology solutions.
Manage end-to-end project delivery from solution architecture to implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
10+ years of experience in consulting or manufacturing firms, with a focus on Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing solutions.
