LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineering Manager to join their team to lead new product development and drive improvements in existing designs. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of cutting-edge products, working closely with a team of skilled engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engineering Initiatives: Oversee and mentor a small team of Mechanical Engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Embedded Hardware & PCB Development: Spearhead the design and development of embedded hardware and printed circuit boards for new product launches.
• Project Management: Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and ensure deadlines are consistently met across multiple initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion process optimization and root cause analysis to enhance product performance and reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, operations, and external partners to translate market needs into technical solutions.
• Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams and customers, ensuring satisfaction and confidence in the company’s solutions.
• Reporting: Communicate project status, risks, and strategic updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Significant hands-on experience with embedded hardware, PCB design, and control panels—especially in assembly or industrial automation environments.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop engineering teams.

  Proficiency with CAD, electrical simulation tools, and troubleshooting electromechanical systems.
• Product Development: Track record of driving new product development and improving existing designs.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $150,000
