• Assist customers in parts identification, troubleshooting and order expedition via phone, fax, and email.
• Handle incoming orders, including entry and maintaining/editing sales orders to meet customer demands.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding orders, including delivery dates and/or any changes in the status of the order.
• Must be willing to prospect Lost Boys over the phone and proactively generate part sales with existing customer base.
• Proactive lead generation will be required. Coordinate order releases, receipts, and shipments.
• Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer‑oriented image to customers.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
• Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service/communication skills - both phone and email.
• Strong computer skills and ability to operate several screens and systems simultaneously.
• Need to be able to multi‑task in a high paced work environment.
• Excellent organizational/time management skills.

• Experience with in automotive industry (e.g., Auto Zone, Advanced Auto Parts, Reillys, car dealership, automotive manufacturers).
• Background in parts ordering/researching.
