PRN - as needed, 48 hours a month minimum requirement, 24 hours on call

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing phone calls and computer-based check-ins with accuracy and efficiency

Provide calm, compassionate support to individuals who may be anxious or unwell

Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple systems and tasks with confidence

Base pay range is $16.12 - $23.21 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
