Role DescriptionWe are looking for two Advanced Practice Nurses. One is a full-time role in Rolling Meadows, IL. The second is a part-time role in Hoffman Estates, IL. The roles involve providing direct patient care, assisting in treatment planning, conducting assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care

- Administer medications
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Oncology and hematology experience preferred but not required
- Experience in treatment planning and patient assessment
- Knowledge of administering medications and managing side effects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- APRN certification
- Minimum of a Master s degree in Nursing (MSN)
