• Run full-cycle recruitment – source, screen, pitch, close
• Hire for diesel mechanics, service advisors, parts managers, shop managers, drivers, and office positions
• Use tools like Linked In Recruiter, cold outreach, and CRM tracking

• 1–5 years of experience in inside sales or recruiting
• Strong phone and Zoom presence
• Able to sell the opportunity, not just screen the resume
• Relentless follow‑up and hunter mindset

• Impact – you’ll be the main company recruiter and shape growth from 120 to 250 people
• Fast‑moving – you’ll never wait on hiring managers
