A technology support company is seeking a Desktop Support L1 technician for a full-time role in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The successful candidate will install and configure IT equipment, provide onsite technical assistance, and manage support tickets. Ideal applicants will have a BS/BA in Computer Science or similar, 1-3 years of field service experience, and strong customer service skills. CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
This role requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and may involve traveling to remote locations.
