Sr. Desktop Support Engineer

• including evaluating business needs and then performing the following based on those needs: engineering a complete end user experience, coordinating user acceptance testing, documenting and supporting the deployment of application profiles.

• 5+ years experience providing architecture, engineering and operational direction and support of desktop infrastructure in a large
• Previous airline experience is ideal.
• Broad infrastructure technology concepts around software, hardware, networking, applications, end user interfaces, virtualization,
• business continuity, and total cost of ownership.
• Excellent technical knowledge and aptitude in the following areas:
  Active Directory, SCCM 2012, GPOs, Windows 7, Windows 10, Project
• Seeking an experienced senior level engineer with enterprise expertise in supporting line of business desktop application profiles,
• including evaluating business needs and then performing the following based on those needs: engineering a complete end user
• experience, coordinating user acceptance testing, documenting and supporting the deployment of application profiles.
