As Office Manager, you are responsible for running the clinic like it’s your own:

• Lead, coach, and motivate administrative and clinical staff
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first call to ongoing visits
• Drive revenue by converting leads into consultations and enrollments
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, patient flow, records, and follow‑up
• Hold the team accountable to performance and conversion goals
• Manage billing, receivables, inventory, and basic financial processes
• Ensure compliance with Medi-Weight loss protocols and healthcare regulations
• Analyze reports and KPIs to improve clinic performance
• Build a positive, energetic, results‑driven clinic culture

• A natural leader who enjoys coaching and holding people accountable
• Sales‑comfortable—you can confidently close, upsell, and hit monthly goals
