As a Commercial Branch Service Manager you will lead a high‑performance culture, motivate the service team, and ensure customer satisfaction drives revenue growth.

• Lead the entire service operation after paid training
• Motivate the team to consistently deliver world‑class service, prioritizing safety
• Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team
• Train and develop Orkin pros through hands‑on management
• Lead training meetings
• Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed action plans, and outstanding customer service
• Champion innovation by encouraging the adoption of new products, services, and technology
• Monitor scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
