Job Position

Description:

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, you will manage production operations, ensuring jobs are completed according to Puro Clean® production processes and procedures. Manage all aspects of franchise production, keep the owner or General Manager updated on production, and improve customer satisfaction by resolving complaints. Documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner, production costs are maintained at the established rate, and internal and external communications are timely and effective.

Jobs are completed to meet or exceed customer expectations, and production division annual initiatives are completed effectively. An Operations Manager takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in times of need by providing world‑class service that sets us apart from competitors.

• Manage customer and client satisfaction and represent and improve brand operations.
• Network and build relationships with partners and centers of influence.
• Assign jobs, manage production teams while overseeing scheduling, completion of work orders, and assuming the role of production manager as needed.
• Oversee human resources management, safety and health requirements, and daily office management.
• Communicate status of small and large‑loss jobs and processes with management and ownership.
• Maintain inventory for equipment, vehicles, and facilities maintenance.
• Ensure clear communication with all staff and manage relationships.
• Experience with industry‑standard software (Dash, Mica, Xactimate, Symbility).

• Focus on personal development, team building, and leadership skills is essential.
• Attention to detail, aptitude for multitasking, and calm under pressure.
• Strong record‑keeping, information retrieval, and communication of the message.
• Awareness and respect for safety, with caution for teammates and customers.
• Organizational and leadership skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Quick learner, flexible with change, and professional challenges.
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Compensation: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
