• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials management.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems to track inventory movement and optimize storage space.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve overall supply chain performance.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage transportation activities, including coordinating with carriers and optimizing freight costs.
• Woodcraft experience, assembly cabinets in certain cases.

• High School diploma; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and drive operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Full‑time

$62,400.00 – $69,500.00 per year

• Paid time off

• 8‑hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Elk Grove Village, IL 60007:
  Relocate before starting work (Required)
