FSQA Technician

• Test and inspect product at various stages of production – dimensions, weight, temperature and performance.
• Conduct online inspection and process control limits.
• Compile and evaluate data to maintain quality and reliability of products.
• Understand and enforce principles of HACCP, GMP and GDK Foods quality standards.

• Associate degree required;
  Bachelor’s degree in food science, biology, chemistry, physics or related life science preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a food manufacturing QA/QC role.
• Knowledge of trend analysis preferred.
• Physical requirements:
  
  frequent standing, walking, lifting/pushing/pulling up to 60 pounds unassisted, bending, crouching, stooping, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders. Work area may be slippery and uneven.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours (24‑hour operation).

$20.00 per hour + shift differential: $1.00 for 2nd shift.
