Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods Corp is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for Elk Grove Village, IL. You will test and inspect products to ensure finished products adhere to the established quality standards and meets regulatory compliance.

• Test and inspect product at various stages of production – this includes dimensions, weight, temperature and performance.
• Conduct on line inspection and process control limits.
• Compile and evaluate data to maintain quality and reliability of products.
• Understand and enforce principles of HACCP, GMP and GDK Foods quality standards

• Associates degree:
  Bachelor’s degree in food science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related life science preferred
• 1+ years of experience in food manufacturing environment in a QA/QC role
• Knowledge of trend analysis preferred
• Physical requirements include frequent standing for extended periods of time; walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 60 pounds unassisted; bending, crouching, stooping, reaching, and climbing stairs and ladders; work area may be slippery and may have uneven surfaces
• Ability to work overtime and flexibility in work hours (24-hour operation)

Target Pay Rate: $20.00/hour + Shift Differentials: $1.00 for 2nd shift
