My client, a leading manufacturing company in the building products industry, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a high-volume metal fabrication and roll forming department
. The Supervisor will lead a team of 75+ employees, driving safety, quality, and productivity while maintaining compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop production staff to ensure efficient operations and team performance.
• Manage daily production activities, including machine setup, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and customer requirements.
• Use Pilot/AS400 and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience (metal fabrication/roll forming preferred).
• Proven leadership of large teams (75+ employees).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with manufacturing machinery.
• Skilled in safety compliance, process optimization, and data analysis.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Schedule:

• This is a 2nd shift position. Hours are 2pm to 10pm. This is a 24-hour operation with flexibility across shifts;
  weekend work required during peak season.
