Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $30.00/hr

• Setup and Operation of CNC vertical machining centers
• Setup and Operation of horizontal lathes
• MDI (Manual Data Input) programming
• Inspection using manual gauges and instruments
• Understanding of GD&T and ability to read 2‑D drawings
• Monitor and inspect the part throughout the machining process
• Observe all company quality and safety procedures
• Communicate and collaborate with team members in sharing information and solving technical issues
• Participate in Lean manufacturing events

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate degree in a relevant field or (3+) years of experience
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Flexible, able to work in a fast‑pace team environment
• Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
• Great communication skills
