Own full setups and sustained operation of CNC equipment for complex parts

Read and apply engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the sequence of operations

Validate every feature with precision metrology and document results as required

Achieve and sustain tight tolerances for aerospace‑grade quality

Diagnose machining issues and contribute ideas that elevate safety, quality, and throughput

Maintain a tidy, compliant work area Where you’ll hone your craftCNC Milling and Lathe/TurningCNC Grinding3‑, 4‑, and 5‑Axis machining

Production setups and efficient changeovers

Experience we value

Professional CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment

Fluency with blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&THistory of meeting close‑tolerance and quality requirements

Background in aerospace, defense, medical, or other precision industries

Mechanical aptitude, craftsmanship, and attention to detail

Compensation & Work Schedule Pay: $25–$38/hr, commensurate with experience

Shifts:

1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend shift
