Job Description & How to Apply Below
GMAW Fabrication Specialist Your day, your craft

Picture this: you clock in, pull up the day’s blueprints and work orders, and map out your weld sequence. You set your MIG parameters for steel, verify your wire and gas setup, and prep materials. Tacks go down clean, beads follow with consistent travel speed, and every pass is measured against exacting company and industry standards. Between runs, you check alignment, correct distortion, and log results.

When a drawing calls for a repair or a complex assembly, you pivot—fit-up, fabricate, and bring the structure together with care and precision. You keep your station orderly, your PPE on, and your eyes open for safety across the floor. By shift end, you’ve hit the production goals with quality to match.

What you’ll handle

Execute MIG (GMAW) welding on steel and other metals per specifications and procedures.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan work.

Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures.

Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and specification compliance.

Operate welding machines and associated fabrication tools safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet throughput targets and deadlines.

What you bring

Hands-on MIG welding experience; minimum two years in a manufacturing environment required.

Fluency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Sharp attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.

Solid understanding of welding safety protocols and best practices.

Ability to lift and carry metal materials and work comfortably in a production setting.

Resourceful problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team.

Shifts Multiple openings on 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.

Why you’ll enjoy this work

If you take pride in clean, consistent beads; if you like seeing a project move from print to finished assembly; and if you’re motivated by hitting quality and schedule together—we want to hear from you. Apply today.
