CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Elk Grove Village, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Set up and operate CNC machines including mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company and OSHA safety standards.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machine operation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is based in a manufacturing facility in Elk Grove Village, IL. The role may require standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and working with machinery in a production environment.
