Dialysis Nurse: Patient Educator & Case Manager

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an on-site Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to coordinate and deliver education for patients undergoing home dialysis training. You will assess responses to training, plan care, and communicate with physicians as needed in a fast-paced clinic environment.
